1. What CrossPost is

CrossPost is a tool that automatically reposts videos from your YouTube channel to your TikTok account. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You connect your TikTok account via TikTok's official OAuth flow. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must comply with TikTok's and YouTube's own terms at all times.

3. Content ownership

You retain all rights to your videos. You confirm you own the rights to every video CrossPost reposts on your behalf. CrossPost does not modify, edit, or claim ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use CrossPost to repost content you do not own, to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, or to engage in spam, harassment, or any unlawful activity.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed posts, platform outages, or changes to third-party APIs that affect the Service.

6. Termination

You may disconnect your account at any time from your dashboard. On termination, your stored credentials are deleted within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
